Thank you to all the Parents and Carers who completed our 2019-20 survey. You have given us some effective feedback and have confirmed that Ashurst is delivering quality education for your children. We have been overwhelmed with the positive comments showing what you think is highly effective at Ashurst Primary School.
The results are summarised in the attached document. Your support and feedback really does mean a lot and enables us all to work together in making our school such a wonderful place where our children thrive and succeed.
As ever we are always looking to enhance our provision and the service we provide. Anyone who has raised an issue or made a comment can be assured that it has been read and addressed. Some of the suggestions and comments have indeed been incorporated into our School Improvement Plan 2019-20 as detailed below.

As ever we are always looking to enhance our provision and service. Anyone who has raised an issue or made a comment can be assured that it has been read and followed up. Some of the suggestions and comments have indeed been incorporated into our School Improvement Plan 2019-20 as detailed below.
- To develop more fundraising opportunities for school – Based on parent feedback and ideas we have produced further opportunities for fundraising for school during 2019-2020 as sent out in the overview summer term 2019.
- To include further visitors/educational visits as part of the enrichment curriculum - We are continuing to plan ongoing and new activities enriching the curriculum and providing our children with new experiences. We are pleased you value these enrichment opportunities. The overview showing the wealth of enrichment on offer can be seen on our website and was shared with you at the end of summer term 2019. We rely on your support and voluntary contributions as well as fundraising events in providing these opportunities.
Please remember we operate an open-door policy where we listen to the feedback you provide and wherever we can, we act upon it. Once again I would like to say a huge thank you for the overwhelming positive response. Your support and feedback really does mean a lot.
